PCD・Diamond End Mill:Cutting processing of highly fragile materials, such as a hard metal alloy…PCD end mill/diamond coating series that changed an impossibility to a possibility.
Micro End Mill・Micro Drill:End mill, drill micro end mill, and drill series with a cutter diameter of 0.01 mm or larger. Range of micro cutting processing using a machining center will be expanded.
MUGEN-COATING PREMIUM Series: Upgraded MUGEN-COATING series with higher resistance to heat and oxidisation, which enable carving and cutting of high-hardness materials by TiAlN coating application.
High efficient “Z” end mill: End mill designed for stainless steel. Better control on deflection allows reduced processing time.
MUGEN-COATING: Versatile TiAlN coating makes MUGEN-COATING series suitable for various work materials, from soft irons to high-hardness metals. It also works with any coolants such as water soluble or insoluble lubricating oils, air blow and oil mist.

Thread mill:Thread mill used for threading instead of a tap. Cutting resistance can significantly be reduced in comparison with a tap, and tool life and accuracy can be improved in processing heat resistant alloy.

Our precision cutting edge leaves the finished surface with a clean, even scraping at a finishing depth of 0.01mm. Our non-coating end mill edge is able to scrape cemented carbide alloy with almost no particles chipping off .
2: Reduced processing time
Our cutting edge has sharp, positive rake angle. This lessens friction and impact on the precision cutting edge, which prolongs tool lifetime and increases cutting efficiency. Comparison testing shows our end mill only takes approximately 1/13 of processing time to competitor’s products of the same specification.

How To Be Utilized
1: In-house production facilities
Our end mills are manufactured with maximum attention—even to the smallest detail undetected by the naked eye—in the production facilities developed in-house. Our production facility reflects the company’s knowledge, experience and technologies and allows for precision control by 1/1000mm scale.
2: Strict quality control
Our own in-house specification is set higher than JIS industry standard, and quality verification is conducted at every production process, including coating. We have a machining centre where we can test to assure end mills can perform in our customers’ manufacturing environment.
3: Original protective packaging
Micro end mills require careful handling during transportation. In order to avoid any breakage and deliver the best quality product at its best, NS TOOL Co.,Ltd. invented and produces an original protective package that securely locks end mills when the package is closed, and releases when opened.
