What We Have

”Micro Edge” is an end mill designed for ultra micro processing. With a diameter of just 0.01mm it can even carve a letter on razor-thin surface. We have developed the first model of this product through over 8 years of R&D, fulfilling a demand from our customers and continuing to advance applications further into various processing, forms, and work materials such as:

  • mirror finish without polishing at surface roughness of Ra0.03μm
  • machining of difficult material such as copper tungsten
  • complex processing for three-dimensional forming
  • multi-angle drilling at 5-Axis processing
