Description

Order-made production of fine tools

We manufacture custom-made microfine end mills of 1.0Φ or less in outer diameter.

We can handle small lot orders (minimum 1 tool) with our high-precision universal tool grinding machine.

 

Our strength is to be able to build micro tools that meet customer’s needs and applications by direct communication between the person who makes the tools (us) and the person who uses the tools (the customer).

 

There are three types of tool materials: PCD (Polycrystalline Sintered Diamond), cBN and Tungsten Carbide.

Tool shapes include ball, radius, pin-cad, taper, reverse taper and special shape.

In addition to end mills, we can also manufacture fine bites (for turning), fine pins/punches, and fine measurers in part.

PCD tools (polycrystalline sintered diamond tools)

We manufacture and sell PCD tools with a diameter of 1.0 Φ or less.

Ultra-small diameter (0.03mm or less, please contact us) is also available.

Diamond tools most suitable for finishing machining of straight carbide carving.

Suitable for cutting to various brittle materials and mirror finish machining of STAVAX, etc.

PCD tools are suitable for working in brittle materials such as ceramics, zirconia, SiC and quartz glass.

Hardened steels such as ELMAX, STAVAX and SKD-11.

The range of materials we can work with is gradually expanding to include powdered high-speed steel, special resins, copper, aluminum, various types of rubber and nip plating.

We manufacture from one piece to a custom-made one, so we can also accommodate special shapes.

 

Carbide end mills (fine, small-diameter, special, engraving, burr-free, made-to-order)

We manufacture and sell carbide end mills with a diameter of 1.0 Φ or less.

Ultra-small diameter 0.03Φs are also available.

Our know-how in the micro engraving industry has been utilized to produce these tools, which are useful in finishing operations and to avoid burrs.

The minimum lot size (1 to 3 tools) depends on the unit price.

Special tools with a diameter of 1.0 Φ or less. Special end mills.

Three types of tool materials are available: carbide, CBN and PCD.

Polycrystalline sintered diamond is used as tool material.

Suitable for machining brittle materials such as cemented carbide, SiC and ceramic.

The size of the radius can be set as desired.

 

PCD pin-cad tools for machining brittle materials

PCD pin-cad tool with a diameter of 1.0Φ or less.

Polycrystalline sintered diamond is used as tool material.

Suitable for machining brittle materials such as cemented carbide, SiC and ceramic.

 

Manufacture of metal engraving (hardened steel)

Our main products are for imprinting the bearing (bearing) races and the back of watches.

Fine characters and patterns are engraved on high-hardness hardened steel (SKD11 HRC60), which has excellent durability (number of shots), by die-carving EDM.

The special fine end mill required for the production of the electrode is 100% made in-house.
