Mechatronics technology gives the equipment its shape, important software makes the equipment easy to use and enhances quality and precision, and hardware which is realized from software’s control. ・Transfer Technology: We use orthogonal and articulated robots and pressure-based transfer technologies to realize transferring small devices of around 1mm, to larger devices measuring up to 1m.

・ Measurement Technologies: Inspection machinery with systems such as electrical analog measuring and optical measuring systems, that can be used in a wide range of technological fields.

・ AI Technology: Making full use of deep learning to expand the range of applications and improve inspection accuracy.

4. Setting up lines for testing, prototyping and manufacturing

Whatever the purpose, setting up temporary production lines is an important aspect of manufacturing. We can set you up with four lines, each 50m in length, and we also have a space with a height of more than 10m. This wide space allows us to be flexible with the arrangement of lines, which is one of the advantages of working with us.
